What is Employability Test ?
Employability Assessment test is conducted by the Industry Experts to evaluate skills of the Engineer and to determine his/her Employability Level.
Detailed Feedback Report is given at the end of the Employability Assessment in terms of Technical skills and soft skills.
Employability Assessment can also be taken as a career mentoring Program to know where a candidate stands in the Job Market.

Round 1 - Objective Type Technical Test
Round 2 - Group Discussion
Round 3 - Technical Interview
Round 4 - Evaluation of the Resume / CV / LinkedIn Profile
Round 5 : HR Round

We will evaluate for various job positions in the Civil Industry like :

Outcome of the Employability Test :
Econstruct Team will give a detailed Feedback on the candidate's employability. We will indicate the areas of strengths and weakness.
We will also give a One to One Career Counselling and Career Plan.
Employability Score will give the reality check to the students about where they stand in the Job Market and how they can plan to reach the greater heights in the Civil Industry in the Core Technical Job Market.

Mode of Employability Assessment :

We are conducting Employability Assessment in 3 modes:
a).Online Mode of Assessment will be conducted in 100 % Online mode on a zoom meeting in a particular slot on 10th January 2022,11 am onwards
b).Offline Mode of Assessment will be conducted in our Bangalore Head office on 12th January at 11 am onwards.
c).College Campus - Pool campus drive for Employability Assessment. College authorities can invite our technical team to their campus and conduct this assessment in their campus for the final year students. College authorities can also consider pooling the other college students or can invite the freshers who are still looking for the right opportunity.
