Alliance Training: Conflict Management

Join Alliance Community Education and Outreach Specialist Carol Senick for Conflict Management training. This training will provide a broad overview of conflict management. It will define conflict management, examine: the positive aspects of conflict, ways in which conflict is handled and the importance of communication and other soft skills in the resolution and management of conflict. Strategies for managing conflict will also be discussed.
