In this video, the third session of NCAT's Advanced Grazing Series, NCAT Agriculture Specialists Lee Rinehart and Justin Morris focuses on livestock with a discussion on using animal impact to jump-start ecological succession; the effect of trampling on soil compaction; influence of paddock shape and livestock movement on forage intake and trampling effect; and determining livestock nutritional status from observing livestock behavior and other signs.

The four-part series focuses on advanced concepts in taking regenerative grazing to the next level.
