In this episode, Mark Stone who has taken the NCSP Practitioner certification is moving into a new role. He explains his experience in attending the NCSP course and how he feels it will benefit him in his role.

Mark had 20 years in finance accounting before he moved into a Business Analyst in Project Management role, and he is now moving into Cyber Security with a Change Management twist!

He chose the NCSP certification as the local regulator in Guernsey have recently implemented rules that licenced firms have to abide by which are based on the NIST Cyber Security Framework, requiring him to improve his knowledge in this field for his new role.
