The 6 Leadership styles are

1. Authoritative Leadership - confident leader who empowers his/her team to drive the strategy and leverage the team's strengths.

2. Transactional Leadership - A task oriented leader who focuses on meeting targets at all costs. Micromanaging the team to get the basic results.

3. Servant Leadership - part of the team. This leader works closely with the employees, coaches them, and use empathy and emotional intelligence to guide leadership decisions.

4. Democratic Leadership - A leader who gets everyone involved in creating a vision and the workflow. Democratic leaders love group meetings and conduct surveys regularly.

5. Empathetic Leadership - People first person. This leadership style focuses on creating a strong emotional bond within the team so that employees feel a sense of belonging.

6. Narcissistic Leadership - Avoid this leadership style at all costs. This type of leader is disrespectful and self-centered. He is a pure dictator.
