2023-24 National Leaders of Color Program: Session Six - Leadership

The goals of this session is support participants in transitioning from traditional management skills to strategic leadership thinking; identify various applications of leadership models and frameworks to help participants use their innate strengths and creativity to increase their skill as influential leaders of people; and support participants' ability to recognize and manage the dynamics affecting the effectiveness of their leadership practices.
