Today I want to share 2 KEY skills that are necessary for a medium to large analytics team.
These key skills are relationship management and change management. Data science is still a young function within organizations and having liaisons in different departments that can help gather their data-related questions and then answer them in a contextialised manner is very important.
As analytics evolve within organisations, I'm hoping we can see this happen more and more often to help improve the dissemination of analytical knowledge within the organization.
