This class is designed and organized in ways to provide a deeper and broader understanding of the role and importance of human resource management in the complex cross-border phenomena covered by the umbrella term “globalization”.

Topics concerning HRM policies and management practices for MNCs are selected for the pre-class reading and in-class discussion as listed in the following page to touch upon issues ranging from the challenges, concepts, and frameworks of IHRM to strategies for international growth and the HRM agenda for globalization.
