This is why it is important to have a champion on the Six Sigma team.

He provides expert advice to a number of process owners and Six Sigma improvement teams in areas ranging from Statistical Measurement Tool to Change Management and Process Design strategies. He must be able to confidently provide advice on aspects that are necessary to complete the project successfully. His knowledge must be superior to be able to coach other team members in the functions that they have to perform.
