Creating Business View Categories and Groups

We are using crystal reports and are publishing our reports through infoview. We created dynamic parameters in our reports. When running those reports on crystal reports designer and on infoview we are not seeing all possible values in the list of values. Can anyone give us a solution for this annoying problem?
