As an individual with no HRM background, I gained a deep understanding of how a functional and successful HRM system can add value to organizations. Despite spending most of the lesson on virtual platform due to the pandemic, I still had an amazing time interacting and working with my classmates on various group projects. Additionally, the lecturers equipped us with the relevant knowledge of the industry and how we can tackle HRM challenges faced in a globalized world.
