Project Management

I joined 3tc as the Financial and Commercial Controller in , before heading up a management buyout in and becoming CEO where we established the business as an independent company. This was for three deserving charities.

In my youth, I was also an Alan Shearer lookalike! I have 22 years of professional computer software design and development experience within 3tc and became CTO after the management buyout. Solving problems with technology makes me tick and I love meeting and working with people to make things happen.

In my spare time, I can be found either playing golf, running, cycling and, making stuff out of junk, or more often, making junk out of stuff! Fact: After a couple of hours of training, my first and only parachute jump was a solo jump.

I initially joined 3tc in for 6 months as a Junior Administrator before returning to college and then backpacking across Australia and South East Asia. If I do have any spare time, after running around looking after the men in the house; my two teenage boys and husband, I love baking, reading and walking our springer spaniel, Fidget. This is normally followed by a nice glass of Sauvignon Blanc in the evenings!

Fact: I celebrated coming first in a running race in year 2, at the Infants school, only to find the starting whistle was for another race and no-one else had set off! I have worked for 3tc for 15 years, within the emergency services sector, as a key relationship manager, maintaining existing relationships whilst having a focus on securing new business.

I enjoy building relationships with our Clients and making sure that they are happy. At the weekends I like to relax by caravanning with the family, walking our dog Ollie and hosting dinner parties.

I also enjoy a nice cold glass of Chablis. I won a sandcastle building competition in Scarborough when I was younger.

I love my job because of the people I have met and because it makes me feel that, I play a small part in their job of keeping people safe. To unwind I enjoy hillwalking and reading followed by a good Chilean red wine or a single malt whisky. Fact: I recently stood down from the management of a local amateur theatre where I once had the pleasure of sharing a Chinese meal with Barry Cryer.

I have been working with Emergency Service Software for the past 15 years and with 3tc for 10 years, and have been involved with the Guardian Command and Control system since its inception. I love working with our customers and with our developers to ensure that our software provides real-world value. Evenings or weekends I can be found pounding the pavements or covered in mud in the local woods or fields as the ladies team captain for my running club. Facts: I am afraid of heights, but once jumped out of a plane at 13, ft.

I love meeting new people and interacting with my colleagues and our Customers to reach joint goals and really enjoy my job. How would I describe myself? As an extrovert with plenty of energy! My passion is all about helping emergency services gain the best solutions, which solve their problems.

I always enjoy my interactions with the emergency services personnel and partners that I engage with. I have been with 3TC since September As Development Manager, I am committed to delivering quality software to our customers and I am proud to be part of a company that contributes to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of community emergency services.

My weekends are taken up grooming and riding a beautiful horse called Harry and I enjoy overseas riding holidays with friends. Facts: I have worked as a club DJ and lived for 3 months on a beach in Mauritius. I have been chased by an angry elephant in South Africa, an angry rhino in Zimbabwe and an angry goose in Hungary.

I have been working within software support for 10 years specializing in infrastructure and life-critical systems. I have been working with 3tc Software since the beginning of leading the Operations, Support and Delivery functions. I enjoy being able to deliver a high level of service to all our customers over a wide range of products catered to the emergency services sector. It feels great to work cohesively as a team, delivering quality technical solutions to our customers.

I have an ever-changing array of hobbies from music production, programming, football, cartography, gaming, creative writing, and graphic design! Fact : My very first job title was Space Crew and I have met a fair few astronauts, engineers, and astrophysicists. I am a Prince 2 Practitioner and have been a software project manager for over 15 years.

Previously I was a software engineer for over 20 years mainly with embedded environments such as mobile phones and originally Games. In the last decade I have worked onsite and offsite all over Europe and the world both permanent and contract working with some of the biggest global companies in the software and semiconductor industries. I joined 3tc in April and have worked mainly on our CAD delivery with emergency services. Facts: I once qualified as an official UK baseball umpire and all the equestrian rosettes in our house were awarded to me.
