A fascinating mixture of best practices, workshops and exchange of experience at the encoway e-Day hosted by our customer Hager Group. In Blieskastel, at the headquarters of our customer Hager Group, the participants benefited from a balanced mixture of specialist lectures, workshops and time for networking.

The guests and speakers made use of the day to exchange ideas with each other and for discussions with the experts for CPQ and variant management from encoway. The Hager demo stand, where the configuration team demonstrated the sophistication of their 3D configurator, was a major attraction for the visitors during the breaks.

Klaas Nebuhr, a member of the executive board at encoway, led the conference and between the individual sessions, he provided a wealth of useful impulses for customer experience, visual configuration, product data management, process costs and automation.

The importance of a lean and at the same time effective data management system as a basis for cost-effective digital processes was explained by Thorsten Krebs, Head of Consulting at encoway, based on the impressive facts and figures from a practical example at Lenze SE.

Expert workshops allowed the participants to delve deeper into specific topics. The topic of AI was, however, also dealt with at the e-Day. Electronic Funds Transfer EFT , direct debit and payment card options are among the alternatives that will be offered by impacted Government departments and offices, state agencies and local authorities. Each of these will advise its customers on what options will be available.
